The Pet Shop Boyz offer FREE Shipping on any online order over the value of $99

For orders under $99 in total incur a $17 charge

HANDLING TIMES FOR CHILLED / FROZEN PRODUCTS

Orders for Somerford Raw & Natural Pet Foods or Products that require Refrigeration or Frozen Delivery are ONLY Shipped TUES & THURS of each week (Public Holidays Excluded) this is due to the fact these products are shipped cold & delivered by courier to your door.

WA & SA Orders Can only be Dispatched on Tuesday of Each Week.

Orders received by 8am Monday will be shipped out Tuesday of each week

Orders received by 8am Wednesday will be shipped out Thursday of each week (excluding WA & SA)

Most Deliveries are received within 5 to 7 days from Shipping depending on delivery zones.

Orders for products that Do Not require refrigeration are shipped Monday to Friday of each week (Public Holidays Excluded)

DELIVERIES CAN NOT BE MADE TO PO BOX ADDRESSES

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

No Somerford Raw & Natural Packs are delivered cold to your door via refrigerated delivery service.

Our Couriers will leave the box at your front door where possible. So it is not necessary for anyone to be home at the time of delivery.

If there is no access to your property or no safe place for the courier to leave your delivery, a card will be left in your letter box with options to rearrange delivery or pick up from the courier depot.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged or unusable condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods. 
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
